“Conference presentations offer rich and dynamic opportunities to share and learn knowledge and enhance clinical expertise pertaining to EBP, evidence-based quality improvement, case studies, program evaluation, and research.”(Melnyk; 2019) Every year there are specialty conferences for different specialties i.e Trauma, emergency, public health etc. Submitting an abstract of the proposal to be presented at such conference is a great way to disseminate the EBP and gain awareness. At theses conferences all stakeholders who are healthcare providers in some form or fashion attend and will most likely be involved in the EBP. 

This will require internal approval by the facility because you are a representation of them and will use their affiliation in order to submit the proposal. It will also require external approval by the conference you are submitting to. Communication techniques should include powerpoints, games, handouts. Anything to keep learners involved and keep their attention. The adult learner loses interest in the first 2 minutes of learning. You must know your audience and cater to them as such.
